As part of the The Long Island Arts Alliance "Back in the Spotlight Series," Waldo Cabrera followed the Layla's Dance and Drum West African Dance group as they prepared for their first big, in-person performance after the COVID pandemic.

We go into the rehearsal room, talk to the parents about they feel its important for their children to learn these cultural dances.
